Perspectives on Nutrition and Aging: A National Summit

In celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the inclusion of Senior Nutrition Programs in the Older Americans Act, the AoA–MOWAA National Resource Center on Nutrition and Aging will host a National Summit on August 23, 2012, bringing together a broad array of individuals and organizations from across the country for a day of future-focused dialogue around the critical link between nutrition and health in the context of a rapidly aging nation. Registration for the Summit is included in the price of your Conference registration.
The Perspectives Challenge
Win the chance to present your best practices and solutions at the National Summit! Submissions are open through May 31!
By 2045, for the first time in human history, there will be more seniors than children in the world. Even as our current population strains our capacity to serve older adults, we know that far greater challenges lie ahead.
We want to hear from you. We invite you to think BIG and differently. Your Perspective matters and can make a difference. Send in your promising ideas for addressing the challenges of today, tomorrow and our future, and you could be selected to present your Perspective at the National Summit.
Visit the Summit website, or contact the National Resource Center on Nutrition and Aging at resourcecenter@mowaa.org to learn more about the Challenge: http://nutritionandaging.org/challenge
