History:
In June 2011, Dupli-Color, makers of Scratch Fix 2 in 1, launched the “Find Your Color Help Another” campaign. Dupli-Color is generously donating $1 to MOWAA (up to $50,000) for every Meals On Wheels staff member, volunteer or supporter who enters their vehicle information to find the matching color code.
In addition, Dupli-Color is also offering special pricing on the corresponding Scratch Fix 2 in 1 product that matches the color code entered. Dupli-Color will donate an additional $1 (up to $100,000) for every purchase of Scratch Fix 2 in 1 through the Meals On Wheels offer.
Impact:
In addition to the financial benefit of this partnership, Dupli-Color is raising awareness about senior hunger by leveraging its media presence, website and social media assets. Having another dedicated partner in the automotive industry helps MOWAA educate the public about the growing needs of our senior population, the financial constraints facing Meals On Wheels programs around the country and the importance of the wheels behind Meals On Wheels.
